TERMS OF PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICIES

Full payment is required to any Safari due to travel within 60 days
Any booking due to travel with over 60 days we accept 50% deposit upon confirmation, while a 50% deposit is required for a Booking with flights tickets.
Final balance be due Sixty days (60 days) before travel date.

All confirmed reservations that are cancelled or amended in any way, will be subject to the cancellation policy described here under.
Please note that all cancellation/ amendment requests must be received in writing
•From date of confirmation – 60 days before arrival date- 25% of the booking value
• 59 -45 days before arrival date – 50% of the booking value
. 44 days or less - 100% of the booking value

Guests must have a comprehensive insurance cover in the event of cancellation, emergency evacuation, medical expenses, lost property, flight delay. Savanna Safaris will not be held responsible for any third party

COVID-19 Cancellations of bookings will be subject to the below; -Should Guests not be able to travel or do not feel comfortable travelling on the dates already booked due to the Coronavirus outbreak, you may amend the booking by moving it forward

All payments be paid direct to Savanna Safaris and Tours to the following US$ account with no additional fees, whilst payment by Credit Card invites 4.5% additional fee per transaction.
